Summary - Tom is the audit partner with responsibilities
for approximately 50 HUD audits, CCRC's, and a number of not-for-profit and
for profit skilled nursing facility, assisted living, and retirement
housing audits. In addition to specializing in
not-for-profit tax issues, Tom also shares responsibility for corporate, partnership
and individual income tax returns, tax research and planning, representing clients
before the IRS, as well as coordinating all not-for-profit tax returns. Tom has also
provided expert witness and litigation support services between
individuals and various governmental organizations. In addition, Tom
provides special client services such as projections, forecasts, analysis of
reimbursement rates, analysis of nursing home staffing and HUD cost
certifications.
