Jack provides tax return preparation and planning services for pass-through entities, corporate and individual clients in the senior housing and care industry, as well as rental real estate developers, managers and landlords. In addition to providing tax compliance services, Jack helps clients navigate complex tax planning issues including the purchase and sale of business operations and real estate, planning for real property like-kind exchanges and entity formations and liquidations. Jack also provides individual tax planning for business owners and shareholders, and he is qualified to represent clients before the IRS and state tax authorities. Jack has been with Hansen Hunter & Co. P.C. since January 2008.
