Lou is the lead audit partner of Hansen Hunter & Company. Lou is responsible for over one hundred audit, review and compilation engagements for for-profit and not-for-profit skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities and CCRCs in the states of California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, North and South Dakota, Wisconsin, Indiana, New York, Massachusetts, Maryland, Arizona, Michigan, South Carolina and Alberta, Canada. Lou also specializes in HUD audits in the long-term care industry. In addition, Lou provides special client services such as projects, forecasts, HUD cost certifications and HUD loan evaluations
